In certain cases, Itaca Tours Ltd may charge a service fee for advisory and travel consulting services provided by our travel advisors. The commission will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the booking managed by Itaca Tours, and the User’s acceptance of the reservation implies express acceptance of this condition.

Depending on the method of payment selected and the platform through which the booking is processed, additional charges may apply, such as booking fees or payment processing fees. Any such costs will be disclosed to the User prior to the completion and finalization of the payment process.

Reservations made directly through the booking portal available under the subdomain booking.itacatours.com are subject to the following additional payment processing charges:

1.90% surcharge for payments made by Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro cards.
2.55% surcharge for payments made by American Express cards.

All applicable fees, commissions, or surcharges will be displayed transparently before the User confirms and completes the payment process. By finalizing the reservation, the User expressly consents to the total charges, including any service commissions or payment-related surcharges that may apply.

Limitation of Liability
